According to Samuray (Volkan) Copur from Ubi Soft (community manager at the offical URU game website), Ubi Soft plans to update the URU website soon. His message was posted in this topic at the Ubi URU forums:
Just a heads up for everyone, we’re launching a bigger and better site soon and a lot of the info you guys have been waiting for will be there, if not at launch then soon after. Stay tuned!
